One Django and React platform runs the whole consultancy. Visitors see a server-rendered public site that works without JavaScript; clients follow their projects, download deliverables through expiring signed links and pay invoices by card or bank transfer; engineers manage milestones, tasks and GitHub commits; the owner runs leads, invoicing, payroll and this portfolio.
It is deployed with Docker on a VPS it shares with another site, behind a neutral Caddy proxy, with automated tests for the payment, privacy and accessibility rules.
