What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address and message, and the organisation, topic and budget range if you choose to give them.

If you become a client, your portal account holds your name, email address, company and the project records, messages, files and invoices we share with you.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to prepare a proposal you asked for, and to deliver and invoice the work you engage us for. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who else handles it

Our email provider delivers the messages we send you. If you pay an invoice by card, the payment is handled by Stripe and your card details never reach us. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's address when the page loads.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. When you sign in to the client portal, your browser stores a sign-in token so you stay signed in; signing out removes it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted on request. Project and invoice records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will reply.
